First Look: Chicago's First Maid-Rite Opens in Lincoln Park | Serious Eats
Maid-Rite is a new Chicago import from Iowa (see: Roots), where apparently they are too lazy to form their ground beef into patties.
At Serious Eats, they ate the burger but pretty much failed to mention whether the experience was enjoyable. Just that it required a spoon.
