VSL pointed me to this French site today. The References page would appear to pull every visual reference to art ever made in The Simpsons, from Season 1 on, placing it next to an image of the piece of art referenced.
There’s a LOT of art in the Simpsons and its used to a lot of creative ends. C.M. Coolidge’s “A Friend in Need” shows up a lot (that’s “Dogs playing poker” to you and me).
